amazing harbour view!
central location comfortable bed complimentary refreshments
the hotel is in a central location. the room with the balcony provided a beautiful view overlooking the harbour and abbey. it was very tastefully decorated with a big comfortable french bed and a sitting area. complimentary tea, coffee, and biscuits were available.
i found that some street noise did filter into my room.

parking permit system overpowering noise
The location was acceptable , given its central positioning.
The parking situation was AWFUL. Finding a spot reminded me of competing in the olympics , and the permit system was not clearly explained before arrival. The noise from nearby establishments was also a problem , even with the windows closed.

fantastic room near the sea
late arrival amazing view complete induction fantastic location
I arrived late due to bad weather and traffic. the front desk staff waited for me after hours to let me in, which i appreciated. the apartment was fine with an amazing view. the host provided a complete induction to the apartment. The space was beautifully presented. the location was fantastic and close to everything i needed.
The noise from nearby pubs was noticeable. Triple glazed windows and heavier curtains would improve the room.

The room was fantastic. It had a two floor layout and balcony for very nice views. the room size was excellent, and the ambience was great. the bathroom was huge with a bath. I found that very practical.

broken seat parking permit
the room was very clean and in a fantastic location which i suppose is acceptable.
i didn't had the room i thought i booked because the photos didn't match. there was also no parking permit upon my arrival, how lovely. the toilet didn't flush properly and the seat was broken.

central location amazing views comfy bed
I loved the central location. AMAZING VIEWS were right there. The room had a balcony and overlooked the harbor. A comfy French bed was included, with a sitting area. We enjoyed tea, coffee, and biscuits in the room.
The TV signal sometimes dropped out, slightly annoying.

suite upgrade balcony availability narrow street restaurant closure
I got a suite upgrade that included a living room and a balcony. The room presented a classic style of furnishings and matching colors.
The hotel is on a narrow one-way street I found stressful. On arrival the restaurant was closed because of a new floor being laid and I had no warning.

sitting area lovely balcony local seafood friendly staff
our room had a sitting area it was lovely. a small balcony overlooked the river. the restaurant served very good local seafood. staff were friendly and helpful.
the hotel isn't open all week and no one picked up the emergency number. the balcony was nice yet tired.
